01 · What should we delete?

Delete my account and associated personal data
Account, email, points balance and redemption details. Unredeemed points are lost and the account cannot be recovered. Fraud-prevention records of play sessions are kept without your account details, as described below. Delete my personal data but keep the account

What happens next

• We confirm the request by email and complete it within 30 days.
• Deleted: account and sign-in details, email, display data, points balance and the personal details attached to your redemption history.
• Kept: records we are legally required to keep, such as accounting records of rewards already delivered, and a minimal record of the deletion itself. We also keep fraud-prevention records of play sessions — including the device identifier and IP used to prevent duplicate rewards — for up to 24 months, as stated in section 07 of our Privacy Policy. Once your account is deleted these records are no longer linked to your name or email, and they are not used for anything else.
• Deleting the account does not cancel a reward that has already been shipped or delivered.
