Delete my account and all my data
Account, email, points balance, playtime history, redemptions and device identifiers. Unredeemed points are lost and the account cannot be recovered. Delete my personal data but keep the account

What happens next

• We confirm the request by email and complete it within 30 days.
• Deleted: account and sign-in details, email, display data, points balance, playtime and mission history, redemption history and the device identifier we use to prevent duplicate rewards.
• Kept: records we are legally required to keep, such as accounting records of rewards already delivered, and a minimal record of the deletion itself. These are kept for as long as the law requires and are not used for anything else.
• Deleting the account does not cancel a reward that has already been shipped or delivered.
