01Agreement
By installing, accessing or using SwedPlay, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, earn points and redeem rewards, and you must be able to enter a legally binding agreement. SwedPlay is intended for personal, non-commercial use. We may restrict access in countries where the service is not available, and we may close any account that we find belongs to someone under 18.
03Accounts and access
You are responsible for the device and sign-in details used to access your account. Keep them secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. One person may not create or operate accounts to bypass offer limits, device safeguards or reward rules.
We may suspend or close an account where activity is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful or harmful to other users or partners.
04Points and rewards
Points are credited only after the relevant offer is verified. A reward can remain pending, be rejected or be reversed if an advertiser rejects the event, a duplicate is detected or activity is found to violate these terms. Shop inventory, prices and availability may change.
Redemption requests may require review and delivery details. Some rewards are only available in certain countries and some physical rewards carry a shipping cost shown before you confirm. We do not guarantee that a particular reward will always be available.
If a reward is rejected or reversed you can ask us to review it: write to contact@swedswap.com with the game and the mission and a person — not an automated system — will look at it and reply within 30 days.
What happens to your points. If you close your account you have 30 days to redeem the points you have already earned; after that they expire. If we suspend an account for suspected fraud we hold the balance while we investigate and you can appeal as described above. If we ever discontinue SwedPlay, we will give at least 60 days' notice in the app or by email and keep redemption open during that period.
05Playtime and hybrid offers
Some offers measure verified time in a promoted game. If you choose one, you may need to grant Android Usage Access and keep the promoted game in the foreground. The app may stop counting when the game is closed, backgrounded or the verification signal is unavailable.
Hybrid offers can require steps in order, such as a playtime milestone followed by an in-game level or event reported by the advertiser. We credit the next step only after the previous step is verified. Do not attempt to simulate activity, replay signed requests or use automation.
06Third-party games and services
Offers may link to games, app stores, advertisers and measurement providers operated by third parties. Their terms, privacy policies, content, availability and support are separate from SwedPlay. We are not responsible for third-party games or for changes made by their operators.
07Fair use
You must not:
- use bots, emulators, rooted-device modification or automation to manufacture activity;
- tamper with the app, signatures, attribution, postbacks or device signals;
- use another person's account, payment details or reward entitlement;
- interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities or overload its systems; or
- break any law or any rule of an advertiser, game or app store.
08Ownership
SwedPlay and its software, branding, text and design are owned by Swedswap Ltd or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal purposes under these terms.
09Changes and availability
We may update features, offers, reward inventory or these terms. We will post material changes with a new date. The service may be changed, paused or discontinued when necessary for maintenance, security, legal reasons or partner changes.
10Disclaimers
The app and offers are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular number of offers, a particular reward or that every device will support every feature. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
11Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swedswap Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from third-party games, unavailable offers, device issues or unauthorised account use. Because SwedPlay is free to use, our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the value of the rewards you had already earned and not yet redeemed when the claim arose and (b) EUR 100.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. If you use SwedPlay as a consumer, you keep all the mandatory rights of the country where you live and nothing here takes them away.
12General
App stores. These terms are between you and Swedswap Ltd, not with Google. Google is not responsible for SwedPlay, for its content or for any reward, and is not a party to these terms. When you install SwedPlay you must also comply with the rules of the store or website you installed it from.
Governing law. Swedswap Ltd is a company registered in the United Kingdom. These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you use SwedPlay as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and you may also bring proceedings there.
The rest. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right straight away does not mean we give it up. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about SwedPlay. You may not transfer your rights under them; we may transfer ours to a company that takes over the service, without reducing your rights. The sections on points and rewards, fair use, ownership, disclaimers and liability continue to apply after your account is closed.
